Terms of Service

By accessing or using The Quiet Oracle (the “Service”), operated by NixxTech Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Quiet Oracle is an AI-assisted tarot interpretation tool designed for personal reflection and self-inquiry. The Service generates interpretations of tarot card spreads entered by users. It is not a fortune-telling service, psychological counseling service, or substitute for professional advice of any kind.

The cards reflect — they do not decide. Readings are for reflective purposes only and do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or any other professional advice.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on the applicable billing cycle. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

You agree not to:

• ✦Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically access the Service
• ✦Share your account credentials with others
• ✦Circumvent rate limits or access controls
• ✦Use the Service to generate content intended to harm, deceive, or harass others

The Service, including its design, AI systems, and content (excluding your personal reading content), is owned by NixxTech Group and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

Your personal reading content (the questions you enter, the interpretations generated for you, and your journal entries) belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of it.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED INTERPRETATIONS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

AI-generated content is probabilistic in nature and may contain errors, inconsistencies, or content that does not reflect your situation. Always apply your own judgment.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NIXXTECH GROUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
